The QCS Test administration database is used by chief supervisors to nominate and manage chief community representatives. It also gives chief supervisors information on the movement of test materials and access to the corrections instructions.
Roles and access to QCAA information sources and tools
School staff responsible for undertaking any of the following tasks must be authorised by their principal and access granted by an Organisation Administrator (ORGADMIN) role holder at the school.
|CP_EDITOR||access to create, edit, view, delete, print and complete curriculum plans for approval by the School Moderator|
|NAPLAN||access school NAPLAN data and reports via the School Portal|
|ORGADMIN||access to add/remove access to QCAA's restricted site for active/inactive staff at your school; this role is granted by QCAA Helpdesk Officers upon receipt of an access request approved by the school Principal|
|PRINCIPAL||access to the Home Page to view content relevant to their work in schools; TEACHER role should be assigned with this role|
|RTOMANAGER||access to create, edit, view, delete, print and submit RTO forms; this role must only be assigned to the authorised RTO Manager or Chief Executive (CEO/Principal)|
|RTOUSER||access to create, edit, view, delete and print RTO forms|
|SCHOOLSEP||access to student outcomes data and reports under the SEP section|
|SEACOORDINATOR||access to manage external assessments, including resources|
|SNR_LEADER||access to the Home Page to view content relevant to their work in schools; TEACHER role should be assigned with this role|
|SP_EDITOR||access to create, edit, view, delete, print and complete study plans for approval by the School Moderator|
|access to the QCAA secure site for QCAA officers and schools to manage submission of SDCS exchange disks and backups, and to view and/or download prior submissions from your school|
