School RTOs must ensure they comply with Clause 2.1 of the Standards in order to be quality assured.
To do this, your school RTO will need to:
- identify and implement business practices that focus on continuously improving VET services and student outcomes
- use systematic evaluations — including feedback from students, trainers, assessors, and other stakeholders — to improve your RTO’s training and assessment strategies and practices
- advise the QCAA of substantial changes to RTO scope of registration or any event that would affect your ability to comply with the Standards
