Compliance

School registered training organisations (RTOs) must comply with Clause 2.1 of the Standards in order to be quality assured.

To do this, your school RTO will need to:

  • identify and implement business practices that focus on continuously improving VET services and student outcomes
  • conduct systematic evaluations using feedback from students, trainers, assessors, and other stakeholders to improve training and assessment strategies and practices
  • notify the QCAA of changes to RTO scope of registration or any event that would affect your ability to comply with the Standards.
