A Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) is part of your school registered training organisations (RTOs) assessment system. The information in the TAS must be accurate and reflect the current training product and your school RTO’s practices at all times.
The TAS outlines:
- an overview of the program being delivered for the training product
- details of the program, including how you comply with Commonwealth and State regulations
- resources for training and assessment of the training product
- assessment tools and prior-to-use review records
- work placement details
- confirmation the suitability of trainer/s and assessor/s
- industry engagement advice and feedback
- validation practices.
