Application process
Follow these steps to remove a qualification (training product) from your registered training organisation (RTO's) scope of registration.
Before you apply
Check that there are no students enrolled in the training product. Make sure you have:
- completed all reporting
- issued all Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certifications.
How to remove a qualification
- Complete the 'Remove qualification' activity in the VET app in the QCAA Portal.
- Submit your application.
A QCAA officer will review the completed application and either approve or reject the application.
Note: If a third party delivered the training product or part thereof for your RTO, you will need to update your organisational details.
