Remove a qualification

To remove a VET qualification from your school’s VET offerings, you will need to:

  1. check that there are no students enrolled in the qualification. This includes ensuring that all reporting has been completed and all certificates have been issued
  2. complete and submit the ‘Remove qualification’ activity in the VET app in the QCAA Portal. A QCAA officer will review the completed application and either approve or reject the application.

Note: If a third party delivered the qualification or part thereof for your RTO, you will need to update your organisation’s details.
