School RTOs must comply with governance and administration policies and procedures (as outlined in Clause 8.4 of the Standards).
As part of this compliance, your school RTO must:
- complete and submit the Annual declaration on compliance form in the VET app in the QCAA Portal by 31 March each year
- report any substantial organisational detail changes that would affect your school RTO’s ability to comply with the Standards. You must submit these changes within 90 business days of the changes occurring.
