The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) provides replacement copies of certificates and education results. To protect privacy, copies can only be provided to the person named on the certificate.

*Students who complete Year 12 from 2020 receive certificates and statements in electronic format. These are available through their learning account in the Student Portal on the myQCE website.
These are official versions, which can be downloaded, saved or printed at any time. Print copies can be requested from the QCAA.

How to apply
Complete the online form: Request for a copy of a Queensland-issued certificate or statement
Proof of identity
You must provide a certified copy of one of the following documents as proof of identity:
- Valid passport
- Driver licence or learner licence
- Adult proof of age card
- Birth certificate or extract of a birth certificate.
Documents must be current. For more information refer to the explanatory notes.
Note
- If your family name has changed since your certificate was issued, you will need to supply additional information as proof of your identity, e.g. a marriage certificate or name change certificate.
- If you are acting as the agent of the person named on the certificate, you will also need to supply record of authority to act as an agent.
Payment
Each certificate copy is $38.36.
Additional charges apply for these delivery services:
- Domestic Express Post ($10.50)
- International standard (Airmail) ($13.60)
- International Express Post ($38.00).
Processing time
Certificates will be available for posting within 7 working days following receipt of your correctly completed application.
