Accessing results

For students completing Year 12 from 2020

Final subject results and Senior Education Profiles (SEPs) for 2023 Year 12 graduates will be available from 9.00 am on Friday 15 December 2023.

Students can access them via their learning account in the Student Portal on the myQCE website. Students will need their 10-digit Learner Unique Identifier (LUI) the first time they register for the Student Portal.

The 2023 results FAQs contain information to help students understand their results and access their SEP when it is available.

Log in help

The Student Portal login help page contains FAQs to help with the registration and login process. Students should check with their school to make sure they have the correct LUI.

For further assistance, contact ClientServices@qcaa.qld.edu.au or phone (07) 3864 0299.

About the SEP

Students completing Year 12 access their SEP electronically via their learning account in the Student Portal on the myQCE website.

The SEP may contain a Senior Statement, and/or a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) (if a student has met the QCE eligibility requirements).

Students can download and save the documents from their learning account and print them or provide them as PDFs to employers or further education providers.

PDF certificates and statements feature a unique document ID at the bottom and a blue digital signature panel along the top of the document. This certifies they are official and have not been altered. Third parties are also able to check their authenticity with the QCAA.

Students may request a print copy of their SEP from the QCAA for their convenience if they do not have access to a printer. The following timeframes and request methods apply:

Timeframe

Request method

End of year certification

Students can submit a request via their learning account by 31 January (of the year following certification).
Print copies are free of charge and are posted in March, once applications for verification have been finalised.

Mid-year certification Students can submit a request via their learning account by 31 August (in the year of certification).
Print copies are free of charge and are posted in September, once applications for verification have been finalised.

Late applications

Requests received outside of the above timeframes will need to apply to the QCAA for a print copy. Payment will be required for each printed copy.
Note: students are able to download their official SEP documents via their learning account anytime.

How results are reported

Results may be recorded in different ways and at different times, depending on the subject or course being studied. Find out more about how results are reported to students.

Do you think something is incorrect on your SEP?

Students may ask the QCAA to check the results contained in their certificate and/or statement. Visit the Checking results and other information page to find out the process for checking the results contained in your certificate and statement.
