Used for the first time in 2014 with Year 11 students

QCAA syllabuses are "low-definition" documents that prescribe essential coverage and standards; at the same time, they allow teachers to exercise their professional judgment to shape and modify teaching and assessment.

The syllabus describes the objectives, course organisation and assessment for the subject.

The subject guide gives a brief overview of the subject.
