Information and resources developed by the QCAA are designed to support and assist Queensland school RTOs. QCAA guides, models and samples are examples only. School RTOs are not required to use them and may use any system that meets current requirements.

Updated standardised resources (Standards for RTOs)
The below school management resources have been updated by the QCAA for use by school registered training organisations (RTOs). They can be used to support evidence of the RTO’s capacity to ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs at all times.
The revised standards come into effect on 1 July 2025.
