What will students learn?
In studying English as an Additional Language, students will learn about:
- language, text and culture
- perspectives in texts
- issues, ideas and attitudes
- Close study of literary texts.
How will students be assessed?
Students will complete the following assessments:
- examination — analytical written response (25%)
- extended response — persuasive written response (25%)
- extended response — imaginative spoken/multimodal response (25%)
- examination — analytical extended response (25%).
