Making the headlines

Description

An awareness of how media texts position readers while reporting on issues is an important skill for students to develop. Prior to this assessment, students compare print and online versions of newspaper texts and analyse the language features and text structures of news articles. • explain how language features and text structures are used to persuade an online reader
  • publish their feature article for an online reader.
