What will students learn?
In studying Food & Nutrition, students will learn about:
- food science of vitamins, minerals and protein
- food drivers and emerging trends
- food science of carbohydrate and fat
- food solution development for nutrition consumer markets.

Students will complete the following assessments:
- examination (20%)
- project — folio (25%)

- examination (25%).
