The Arts key learning area emphasises active engagement and reflection within the following strands:
- dance
- drama
- media
- music
- visual arts.
It provides opportunities for students to acquire knowledge, practices and dispositions that can be used to develop self-awareness, aesthetic awareness and the ability to solve problems, make decisions and communicate effectively.
