Use this online form for:

  • free events
  • charged events to be paid by invoice (your school will be invoiced after the event).

Should you wish to pay in advance by credit card, please use our secure form to register and pay online.

Fees and charges

Please refer to the relevant event for the event cost. All fees include GST .

Travel, teacher release and other costs are not covered by QCAA except by prior arrangement.

Cancellations and refunds

Substitutions and cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event. These must be provided via email. Refunds are not usually given after this time unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Relief teachers and student teachers

Student teachers and relief teachers not attached to a school, must contact QCAA Events team or phone (07) 3864 0471 or (07) 3864 0220 to complete their registration.

Registration confirmation

You are registered for an event only when you receive a confirmation email from the QCAA .

Attendee details

The information you provide on this form will be used in administering and managing event registrations as part of legislative functions described in the Education (Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority) Act 2014 (ss.12 and 20) and Financial and Performance Management Standard 2009 (s.17). Personal information will be accessed by authorised QCAA staff, and handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Certain types of personal information will be disclosed to government auditors where legally required.
