Short Courses are one-unit courses of study that are suited to students who are interested in pathways beyond school that lead to vocational education and training or work.
Each Short Course unit has been developed with a notional teaching, learning and assessment time of 55 hours.
Short Courses may contribute one credit towards a QCE. They do not contribute to ATAR calculations.
There are four Short Courses available:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Languages (2019)
- Career Education (2018)
- Literacy (2018)
- Numeracy (2018)
