Year 10 and 11 numeracy and literacy online assessment trial participation details form

Complete this form to confirm your school’s test participation details in the QCAA’s Years 10 and 11 numeracy and literacy online assessment trial.

Note: Schools may change the number of students and their selected assessment/s from their original expression of interest form. Contact the Online Assessment Unit if you wish to discuss further.

Assessment confirmation and proposed timetable

From the list below, select your school’s chosen assessment/s for the trial. Then indicate the approximate number of students participating in each assessment and the estimated start time/s you expect to be undertaking testing. The QCAA will use this information to identify demand and allocate resources to support participating schools. Please email onlineassessment@qcaa.qld.edu.au if you are planning to have more than 4 start times in a day.
