Endorsement
To inform the development of procedures and training resources for the new quality assurance process of endorsement, QCAA trialled endorsement in the following subjects:
- Accounting
- Biology
- Drama
- Film, Television and New Media
- Geography
- Information Technology Systems
- Mathematics B
- Music
- Philosophy and Reason
- Physical Education
- Study of Society.
Approximately 900 teachers from 355 schools participated in 4 trials. Many schools participated more than once.
Confirmation
To inform the development of procedures and training resources for the new quality assurance process of confirmation, QCAA trialled calibration and confirmation in the following subjects:
- Chemistry
- English Extension
- French
- Home Economics
- Japanese
- Mathematics A
- Modern History
- Music Extension
- Physics
- Visual Art.
Approximately 880 teachers participated in 5 trials.
