Expression of interest form for Year 4 and Year 7 Quality assurance and moderation trials

Complete this form to register your school’s expression of interest in participating in the QCAA’s Year 4 and Year 7 Quality assurance and moderation trials.

Applications will be accepted until close of business Wednesday 19 November for the trial that will run in Semester 1, 2026.

Trial selection

The Year 4 trials are in English and Mathematics. The Year 7 trials are in English, Mathematics, Health and Physical Education, HASS (History), Languages (Japanese), Science and The Arts (Dance).
