Complete this form to confirm your school’s participation in the QCAA’s Years 10 and 11 numeracy and literacy online assessment trial.
Note: Schools may change the number of students from their original expression of interest form.
From the list below, select the assessment/s your school is trialling. You will be prompted to enter the approximate number of students sitting this assessment, and to select which days you plan to administer the assessment. The QCAA will use this information to identify demand and allocate resources to support participating schools.
Please confirm the details of the staff members who will coordinate the administration of the trial. A second coordinator is required to mitigate unexpected staff changes.
