TraQCEr is a software application for schools to determine the likelihood of QCE eligibility for students using predicted results. The application has been designed for use by school administrators, guidance officers and classroom teachers and should be used in conjunction with knowledge of QCE requirements to determine the potential QCE-eligibility of students.
A user guide is available for download, which provides clear and simple instructions for use.
Download, select a directory in which to save the TraQCEr program and run the installer:
Schools need to update their current versions of TraQCEr. Before starting the update process, make sure your existing version of TraQCEr is closed.
Click on the link above and choose the "Save file" option to save the installer in your chosen directory. To run the installer, double-click on the file that you have saved.
Obtaining school data for use in TraQCEr
Student enrolments and finalised results are obtained in the form of a Learner Enrolment Data Extract (LEDE) as a .csv file from the SLIMS Registration and Banking System (RABS).
