The information you provide on this form will be used to give you updates about the transition to the new system through email newsletters. The requested information is not required by law. However, if you choose not to provide the QCAA with the information we cannot send you the various email newsletters. Personal information will be accessed by authorised QCAA staff, and handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Your details will be held on a central database and will not be distributed to any third parties without your consent unless required to do so by law.
The QCAA’s email newsletters are offered as an ‘opt in’ subscription. To ‘opt out’ at any time you can unsubscribe or update your details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Information held by the QCAA is subject to the Right to Information Act 2009.
