Introduction to the G20 teaching and learning resources
The Group of Twenty (G20) Leaders Summit was held in Brisbane, Queensland on 15 and 16 November 2014 and Cairns hosted the G20 finance ministers and bank governors meeting on 20 and 21 September.
The QCAA, in partnership with the Department of Education and Training (DETE), has developed a package of teaching and learning resources to support students from Prep to Year 12 to understand and explore the concepts, issues and contexts associated with the G20 events.
Interactive G20 map
This interactive map provides teachers and students with information about G20 member and guest countries.
Virtual field trips
These virtual field trips provide students with an insider's view of the G20 precinct without leaving the classroom.
Teaching & Learning activities
P-12 teaching and learning activities are provided for a range of learning areas including Geography, Economics, literacy and numeracy.
G20 expert videos
The G20 expert videos discuss the agendas of, and issues concerning, the G20. The videos were developed in partnership with Griffith University.
